Executive Creative Director, Maria Irwin, grew up sewing, crafting, & hosting parties alongside her event savvy mama & hasn’t stopped since. Flash-forward to now, this mamaprenuer of two little ones is fulfilling her daydream & ranch living with her family, rescue dog, kitty, chickens & ducks in the Central Coast.

Maria is an artist that loves learning how something is made, taking a pattern or creative idea & making it come to life. Her creativity & admiration for fashion led her to design, styling & merchandising. She then earned a BA in business marketing & later advanced to a producer role in the Advertising world. Successfully producing commercial & lifestyle shoots in the action sports industry.

Wünderland & Co. has a collective of magic makers behind the scenes that over the past decade have successfully executed dreamy weddings, large scale to intimate events, & curated styled shoots. Maria is the lead planner, designer, & visionary along with Sara Matteson & a team of savvy event planners that are dedicated to each event to bring each vision to life.
Creating is Our Passion
We enjoy the entire experience of the planning process – from the initial design meeting, to developing the event plan, managing the many moving parts, unfolding the magic & logistics behind the scenes, all the way up until the big reveal. We also enjoy both contributing to & organizing creative collaborations with like-minded creatives.
